Time Slot 1 Full-Time Talkgroups
- Full-Time TG’s are just that, they are on all the time
- Full-Time TG’s will hold-off other network traffic for 3 minutes from the last PTT
- Local TG’s take priority and will hold-off other network traffic for 5 minutes
- Exceptions to timers are made for nets

Time Slot 1 PTT-Activated Talkgroups
- PTT Activated TG’s are dormant until activated by a PTT.
- PTT Activated TG’s will hold-off other network traffic for 3 minutes from the last PTT
- Local TG’s take priority and will hold-off other network traffic for 5 minutes
- The standard activation time for a PTT Activated TG is 15 minutes. A PTT on that TG will reset the timer.
- Exceptions to timers and on/off statuses are made for Nets
